Brilliant no nonsense approach, after contacting 3 other garages about buying a 20k porsche panemera....2 didn't even respond, the third wouldn't sort a deal out unless I was actually stood on their premises (200 mile away), Sagitta responded to the initial email offer in 10 mins and were on the phone within the hour...deal done, deposit paid, car was serviced the next day and ready for collection....1st class, I bought the car without viewing because of the many genuine reviews (you can just tell can't you if their fake) everything worked on it and the warranty was 1st class (5k claim limit), so I thought I would leave a review to help other car lovers...you can trust Gerry and Sagitta, and if they have my next car on my hit list it's the first place I will call.

From initial contact, to viewing, to handover - all flawless. Both Mike and Gerry went out of their way to accommodate my viewing times and handover day (and even both turned down a birds sausage cob on my way in!)

Some very small niggly issues with the vehicle were dealt with professionally and easily by Mike, and at my convenience without me having to go out the way or be without a vehicle.

Overall I recieved excellent service from Gerry & Mike at Sagitta. The car I purchased was prepared as expected with a fresh MOT prior to my purchase however a few days after driving the car home a few issues were picked up by an independent specialist which should have been picked up from the MOT inspection - none of which would have been reasonbly noticed by Sagitta. Never the less the repairs required were covered in full by Gerry and I remain a very staisfied customer. Top class company & I will definitely consider purchasing a car from them again in the future.

Bought a lovely Audi A4 Avant from Sagitta just before Christmas. Was a very good experience throughout. I dealt with Mike who was very helpful. Put a deposit down on the car I liked and went to collect a few days later, they put a fresh MOT on for me and it was impeccably valeted ready for pickup. They are close to some quiet industrial roads which were ideal for a test drive. Whole experience was great and I love my new car. They have some high quality stock for sure, and I would definitely use Sagitta again in future

(On a separate note I did make use of the included warranty, had a water pump leak which the warranty company covered the water pump and labour. Unfortunately they didn't cover the timing belt kit which needs doing with the water pump, however can't really argue that fact that I've had a major service item done at only £140 cost to myself so can't complain at that. In all the warranty is definitely a worthwhile selling point)

Sagitta specialise mainly in German cars with Audi, BMW, Porche and VW cars in stock. There were also a couple of nice Ferraris and a £118,000 Landrover Defender if you have deep pockets.

Took the vehicle in and was offered the price quoted minor a deduction and a service was due. Great to deal with a company who are a friendly and don't offer a price they have no intention of honouring and try and knock you down by 1000's when you actually turn up. They were very helpful and easy too deal with, didn't hassle me and just left me too look round the car myself. Ended up buying the car for a competitive price and got a great warranty with it. 12 months later I wanted too sell the car but didn't want the hassle of dealing with advertising so Gerry offered too sell the car on my behave for retail money rather than me trading it in and taking a big loss. I purchased my Insignia Vx Line off Sigatta a few weeks ago now. From arrival to leaving with the vehicle Mike was very helpful and not the usual pushy salesman. Weve had a few minor issues with car which we expected to get done under warranty. Due to a delay in the warranty Mike went above and beyond to get the car repaired and we got the parts ordered straight away which Mike stumped out his own pocket. Hands down the best & smoothest car purchase I've experienced, such genuine service throughout (and the car is perfect!). I was in the market to sell my own car (Maserati GranTurismo) and he suggested I speak to Gerry to get him to sell it for me. This is not something I had ever considered doing or indeed thought was possible as I had always sold my previous cars privately. Well I am glad I did use them as they took all of the hassle out of selling a car. I recently purchased a Mercedes SLK from Mike, at Sagitta, and the whole process was easy and effective. Mike always responded to quiries about the car very quickly and truthfully.
The car was MOT'd and valeted before collection and came with 6 months warranty and 1 years AA road assistance. To show how Mike and Sagitta went "above and beyond" 2 days before collection, when I checked the MOT status of the car, I noticed there was a Mercedes recall notice on it. Mike took the car from it's MOT to Mercedes for the recall update and when he was advised one of the tyres was low in tyre wear (but acceptable for an MOT) Mike replaced the tyre and had the geometry reset.

Checked reviews of the company which where all good (which I'm always sceptical about) but I can assure you they are all spot on.
